Thank you for your reply, you attempt to insult and belittle a customer that spent $20,000+ with your company in a reply here. That simply shows how unprofessional and honestly, pathetic you are and have been through out this whole matter.

I will now set the record straight, and have the emails from your company to prove everything.

1) First and foremost point should be that we contact The Better Business Bureau in Georgia, and they found in our favor, and research into this further will show we are not the only ones.

2) We never organised our own shipping. This is an outright lie. The car was after an entire month, shipped to Baltimore, despite numerous pleas to send it. The car then sat at Baltimore for 6 weeks at our own expense as you refused to pay for the shipping despite this being part of the deal. Once it was shipped we then had to pay further expenses which where meant to be included in the initial price as agreed.

3) You state it was shipped to the wrong port by us. Well seeing as the port you say you 'attempted' to ship doesn't exist this shows you where prepared to lie from the start.

4) Of course it ended up on the other side of the country, that is the only port that the shipping company ships to this is something you should know, as you should have organsied trucking to Adelaide, once again as agreed.

5) Usernames on websites are common, not every website requires or has a real name assosciation with it, so I am not really sure what you are trying to show by recording and stating every name, other than we have been successful in showing other people how you really run your business.

6) We did know such thing in understating the amount paid, you did that, and with the total cost including the ship this made no difference to the amount of tax paid. The only illegal activity was by you deliberately filling out a legal document incorrectly.

6) We have emails from your company, let me restate that incase you missed it the first few times, we have emails to prove that you have not done what you promised, that you did not even attempt to ship the car and that we had to step in so that the car was actually sent to us.

7) If anyone would like a copy of the emails, please contact us ([email protected]) we are more than happy to forward them on so that no futher people are ripped off, abused and have as many problems with purchasing a car as we have had to endure.

8) We do now enjoy the car after having to fix multiple problems which we where assured where not damaged, or broken. The amount to fix the car has been over what we paid for the car.

Please anyone looking to purchase from these people I hope you do read their rebuttle and all of this reply, so that you are able to see the sort of 'company' you may deal with and hopefully you will avoid them, so that you do not have to endure the amount of expense and stress that this company has put us through.

You are also able look at other peoples complaints on this and other websites to see the absolute lack of integrity and professionalism. Further to this point we have been informed that one of your own employees (now ex) is suing the company.

No complaints will be removed as every thing stated is true, and can be proved.

This customer, who's real name is Shane Soutter, insisted on handling his own shipping to Australia. He should be mad at himself, not us.  He thought he would save time and money by doing the shipping himself.  HE had the car shipped to the “wrong PORT” in Australia.  When the car ended up at a port on the other side of the country from which he lives, he then had the additional expense and time of having the car towed from one end of Australia to the other!   Mr Soutter also evaded Australian import taxes by illegally understating the amount he paid us for the car.

Sir, you are further displaying your intelligence (or lack of) by leaving repetitive negative comments on “multiple review sites” under “multiple different fictitious names” including but not limited to; Lionel Hutz, Lurchman, rbware, S&C Enterprises, puresx, Dwayne, Tony W, Steve S, and Shane Smith among others.  Your comments are abusive and harassing.  Kindly retract all repetitive, fictitious comments which are not in your own name.

We sell Classic & Collector Cars worldwide, transport nationally and provide shipping too many different counties including Australia.  We have never had another issue such as this when we do the shipping for our customers.  We have literally hundreds of very happy satisfied customers.  This particular customer Loves the beautiful, red, 1972 Corvette he purchased from us.
