S & J Auto Parts John Bardino ripoff DON'T BE A VICTIM OF THEM Saratoga Springs New York
I ordered via phone a side view mirror for my 1995 isuzu rodeo on 3 may 2003 with s&j used auto parts. This company claim to deliver the goods in 3 to 5 working days. They charged my credit card for $193.50 that same day.
After a week, I never received any shipment from them. I've contacted these people on several occasions to check on the status of my order. The tracking person cannot even provide any "tracking" number for me, to quote the tracking person named Bill, "they have backlogs".
I gave them another week and nothing happened. I don't get any responses from the messages that I have been leaving them. I finally got a hold of the tracking guy again and decided to just cancel my order and just refund the money back to my credit card because of their poor customer service and they inability to deliver what their business promise "guaranteed delivery in 3 - 5 working days!"
I have sent numerous emails and left messages to "Bill", "Cindy" and "Jacky" but to this day, I have no refund in my account! They are so quick to take away my money but too slow to give my money back. I'm sure this company will even charge me for the "services" they claim they provided to me as a customer and I can't wait to hear that from them! I'm getting ready to submit a statement to the FBI to file this company for internet fraud if they won't refund my money back.
