Claimed that their hair loss restoration product was guaranteed. Resulted in more hair loss than gain. Customer representative laughed at me. Supervisor came on line and berated me and told me they had no legal responsibilty to assist me and called me numerous racial and sexual slurs. Refused to return my money.
