Charged $39.90 on my Master Card for something I never ordered. I never heard of them before. Tried to bring their e-mail address up & they do not exist, according to Yahoo.

They have a website, safe-cart.com but the domain was only registered for a year, it will expire this may. Further, the address for their offices on the website do NOT match the registrant of the domain.
