SAFE HOME SECURITY SCAM, RATS SCAM, RENEWING CONTRACT AFTER CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS SENT! Nationwide
"Safe Home Security" is the worst company in the planet! i called and request to cancel my service after my contract was finalized. i was told by one of their representatives that i only had to send an email requesting cancellation and that's it.
Well, i did it last month and I started a new contract with another company. Just to find out today that they posted a payment to my checking account again today. Just now, i called them and believe it or not i was told that they RENEWED my contract automatically because the cancellation request (email) didn't made it on time! and that my "NEW" contract is in place until June next year.
The rep that i was talking to keep saying "that's in your original contract, that's there and you signed". I doesn't make any sense! first time in my life that i see anything like this.!
What a scam!
