SafeCo Property & Casualty Insurance Companies ripoff St Louis Missouri
On June 30, 2004 George Nthiiri rearended me and fled the scene. The car he was driving was owned by Lillian Kawira, and insured by SafeCo under policy number Z 400 29 66. SafeCo claims that because they have been unable to get a written statement from L. Kawira, and G. Nthiiri, they will consider their contract with Kawira in default and that they will deny my claim for damages.

I have been informed that the actions taken by SafeCo are normal. Apparently the next step is subrogation (sp). That will take some more time.
