An 18 foot entrance gate w/ pedestrian gate ordered, Model: Venice Iron dual swing driveway gate w/ pedestrian gate from Greatsportinc.edf( (aka) .in November of 2012. The company sent email with a delivery date within 10-15 business days. I talk to company weekly regarding delivery after it was not delivered but continuously told that the gate was on back order. Initially, a manager,Tim,told me I could not get my money back and he was sick of talking to me and I was passed on to Patrick in January of 2013. After multiple calls,in February, I was told by Patrick that they could not locate an 18 foot gate so the owner had decided to reimburse me my money within the next 30 days, I asked for this in writing but never got that. I called the company on 3/26, Patrick refused to talk to me. I spoke to Chris who stated there was no notation of any conversations and told that he is now handling my case.I have been told on numerous occasions that they can give me a different gate,but this has not happened either. Tim offered to send a 16 foot gate, which is not acceptable.After an hour of back and forth, I was told that the gate is on a ship from China and I should receive the gate within the next couple of weeks .I requested the name of the supplier to verify this information but Tim would not provide the name of the company. I requested the name and contact number of the owner, I could not get that either. I was given a generic website that is useless. I feel that this was a switch and bait and this company never had the product which they advertised for. I paid them with an electronic check, so they have cashed my check and yet,I do not have a product.Had I not paid them for their product, that would be theft, so at this point, I feel that they have stolen my money . I cannot continue with my project because I don't have the money to go to another company.
