Safeway Insurance Stephanie Keating Armond ripoff they screw their injured Alpharetta Georgia
I was hit by an car driven by a man insured by Safeway Insurance.My injury-though not life threatening was indeed painful. I spent many sleepless nights trying to get comfortable and as many uncomfortable days trying to find a position that would allow me some measure of comfort while at work. This extreme discomfort continued for 7 weeks thru physical therapy and on-going exercise at home.
Stephanie Keating (by the way Safeway Employees actually answer their phones 1 out of possibly 200 calls) delayed having my car repaired (my insurance company stepped in and had it repaired) and verbally treated me as though I was unimportant. Well, guess what!!!!!!!! Turns out I am extremely UNIMPORTANT.
My injury--the discomfort--the sleepless nights--the pain--the anxiety are WORTH $250.00. That's right. Turns out my life--the quality of my life are literally worth $250. Oh, and if you are not pleased with their offer--Stephanie can get Armond to come to the phone. Armond is excellent!!!!!!! He will be excessively rude---demean you---then withdraw their massive offer of $250.00. So, you see it turns out---I have no value at all. Safeway has a REAL business going. Their office phones anre all on voice mail, they accept NO FAXED material, they grossly over-charge their customers, and they pay out little to NOTHING in claims.
Of course Safeway is making money. How could they NOT! Their's is the perfect business set-up. They screw their customers, they screw the injured parties, and they are unavailable to accept your phne calls!!
