Safeway Insurance ripoff My car was stolen and safeway don,t want to pay me what my car is worth They used a ADT report from CCC that under Vaule your claim for the insurance co. Birmingham Alabama
I wont name the claims adjuster name, however I fell you konw the offer of 18,721 $ is to low to even consider for a 2003 ford experdition. A biased computer report prepared by CCC and the automatic data process system is used to under value claims. I send safeway the kelly blue book, and other local market information, as to the value of my automobile. There are a lot of insurance companies who use ADP reports to adjust Total loss claims. Because of ADP,s allegedly biased cumputer reports, the insurance companies regularly pay less money for your Medpay claim and /or total loss claim than they shold. If your Medpay claim or Total loss claim was reviewed by an ADP report, then you may be a victim of this Scheme. My SUV is worth 21.900 to 28.000 with the average in the market I live in at 22.900. I expect to be treated fair. I can use any help to reslove this matter.
