Well it all started with a hailstorm and I call my insurance company about the damages. They sent a man(name unknown) to come looked at the damages on my jeep and he assessed everything fine then turned to me and said "this was not hail damage was it" I told him that it was not there prior to the hailsorm. He then said he will make a notoe on that and that when things started going down hill.

First I called E. Musser who was the adjuster in this case tell her what the man had said. she said she had not received the report yet understandable coz I called the same day the dude had checked the car. A few days later I received a report on the damages and repair cost but the windshield had been omitted. I called Musser back and left a massage (from here on you call leave a massage and they call you back if they wish to, I say this from personal experience). A few days later I get a call back from her and she said they will not pay for the wind shield repaires as it was damaged by rock prior to the hailstorm. I called back and insisted on talking to her and after alot of pushing back I got to speak to her and she said she was going to consult her supervisor then she would call me back. That evening I received a check in the mail and on the face of it read that it was a full settlement.

so I turned around and called back a couple days or so latter and as ussual I was to leave a massage and wait for a call back so I insisted on speaking to either Musser or her Supervisor obviously everything was done to stop me but it did not even cross my mind to got off the phone without knowing what was happening and this is Where Mr.Marving E. comes in the picture he did not do much other than assuring me that my claim was false but the will see what to do. He did not say it that way but that what it was in not many words.

Well that was the last time I heard from him all calls and massages to him have not be answerd or returned.In one of the massages I mentioned that I felt they were cheating me of my money. But The last two times I called i have spoken to Mr. Greg B. who like his senior Marvins has said alot of things in the tune of passing time and trying to wear me out of which honestly it is working but I have a different approach now. Well Greg has though been the man of his words he promised to send another person to llok at my vehicle in a week and he showed up in 3. Concidering I called on a friday and it was checked on a monday that is the only good thing I have seen out of this case the problem is when you send a person as a formality and not to look at the issue at stake it is meaningless to me and it a waste of time on both sides. When I called him back about 2 days later he straight for once "You will need to file this as a separate claim but we will not pay for it as one claim" I then asked him to give a number to call to either complain and see if there is something that can be done he rerrefed me to Mervin the guy wh nerver return my calls I asked if i could speak to any one else maybe one in a higher position but he said no one but Mervin can speak to me about this so he gets me to his voice mail and I leave a massage.

So I find myself on the web trying to find out about safeway and i was so excited to find theiwebsite where I file my complain and asked for help and you know what i got a letter from Merving on Saturday(2 days ago) Obviously telling me to either file it as separate claim of forget it. The interesting thing he says that he has called me three times and I did not answer the calls and that I did not have a answering machine to leave a message I wonder how his inferiors were able to leave their massages then the 2times they did in total. Merving you know you did not call just trying to cover up your you know what? Then his letter continues to mention how I mentioned not liking to use answering machines but what he does not mention that I was talking about them every time I call I amde t oleave a massage and wait for a call back which does not happen that way most of the time coz tha call me at their convenience to tell me to call them back. He also mentions that they do not cheat customers out of their money they pay for actual damage nothing more nothing less and they expect me to believe that.

I do not have funds to sue these people but I will let the whole world know how these Company works and to save the pain that is not worth it. I am convinced that there is nothing I can do to get the right thing done here since they believe that they are right. I will welcome any hint or help that will assist me in getting full justice in this case.

It may not help, but the least you could do is contact the Texas State Department of Insurance and file your complaint so they have it on record. Make sure you are very specific with the names of the individual adjusters and their titles, etc. Good luck.
