Their rep from Security One signed me up for their services at the end of Aug. 07. Told me that he was going to give me one month free when i signed up with him, Fredy (323.617.0742) and his partner (Jeff 801.668.3740) and since I still had an alarm system going on - they would call my current company to cancel.

Sept. 07 - got a bill for two months - august and september. I called up fredy and jeff. Both said that things would be taken care of. Oct. 07 - I get a bill from my previous alarm company. I called both the reps up. It seems they forgot to cancel it. They said that they would refund the money to me.

I haven't seen a dime yet. And it wasn't taken care of.

Oct 07-Dec 07. No billing from the new company. Jan 08 - got billed four (4) times by SAI - who supposedly bought the contract over. I paid the bill.

Feb 08 - billed twice: once in the beginning of the month, once in the middle of the month. Called - they said they would look into it and call me back. Never did.

March 08 - billed twice. Called. Look into it and call you back. Never did.

April 08 - billed twice. Called. Look into it and call you back. Never did.

May 08 - billed twice. Called. Look into it and call you back. Never did.

June 08 - billed twice. Called. Look into it and call you back. Never did.

July 08 - billed twice. Called. Finally a rep said that another account was opened under my name in Feb 08. She said that she would, Look into it and call you back. Never did.

August 08 - Still getting billed twice. Called. Rep - violet (800.323.7601 x. 1104) said I had to PROOF that I was getting billed twice all this time.

Middle of august - I get a call from their company saying that I OWE?them TWO?months. I told her to check her records CAREFULLY before hounding me for payment when they are the ones who owe me money. when she couldn't explain to me why they were charging me all the amounts - she hung up on me.

8/21 - faxed them proof of all the payments made (plus the extra charges since feb 08)

End of aug - got a bill from my credit card company for sept. this time I was charged FOUR times the amount. Called violet back. she said david a supervisor was taking care of things. and that they got my faxes. that things should be cleared up and she would call me back to let me know. no calls.

Sept. 08 - Obviously the four payments have NOT been taken care of - because it is still on my credit. Worse yet - now they use another name to mask themselves charging me twice. SECURITY?ONE is back in the picture - billing me on the first of the month, and SAI alarm billed me in the middle of the month.

9/24: called up SAI. A rep told me he's looking into things with the billing department. put me on hold for 10 mins and promptly hung me up after that.

Called back. Alejandra (800.323.7601 x. 1168) - said that they don't owe me anything. but that she would look into things and call me back TODAY to explain why ALL?CHARGES are just. I told her - that I?would be waiting for her call and as of TODAY - they were to remove my credit card from their payment. They are to bill me through snail mail from now on.

As of today - they owe me almost $500. I have tried calling my original reps - fredy (323.617.0742) and jeff (801.668.3740) - who are obviously not returning my calls and simply placating me by saying that things will be taken care of - by not really.

this is a big insult to me and to the millions of customer of Security One. I'm with them for 8 years now and I'm happy with their service. Their customer service is also great and easily to response. You should be careful in your statements and accusations to security one.
