SAI People Solutions ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Denver Colorado *UPDATE ..screwed again!
I got cheated out of 8 hours Holiday Pay for the holdiay (July 4th. On my paycheck stub, it shows that I got paid for hoilday, but my pay was about $133.00 dollars short. It was explained to me that Hourly employees will get Holiday, and if your a Salary Employee You must work the day to get paid for it.
Well, July 4th was my day off, and the Holiday Schedule states 8 hours for holiday pay. All companys that I have worked for in the past will pay you for the holiday even if your off that day. I received nothing, just a paystub stating that I got Paid for the 4th and my check amount wasnt any more than normal. This is bogus.
This is screwy, and I wonder if this is actually. Another point I would like to make, is why do they offer holday pay if your paycheck is going to be the same amount. Might as well not even put it on your timesheet, if your check is gonna be the same amount.
I would Like to know the legalitys of this, if there is anyone willing out there to inform me about it. This is the 4th time I have been cheated by my contractor company in the last two years that I have been employed with them. WHAT CAN I DO???

I sware these friggin payroll people have their thumbs up where the sun dont shine. They screwed up again on my holiday pay. Paycheck stub states I was paid for Thanksgiving day inwhich I worked and no extra pay. In other words they listed the hours in my pay, but no increase in my check.
I am getting sick and tired of there s**t. when I received my check I basically stated I will not go to work until we get this resolved. Told my IBM manager as well. Well, that seemed to light a fire under payroll and SAI Staffing Dept. They resolved it with in a couple of hours and basically told me that I will receive a check for the missed pay.
Next day they call me and asked for the info on what I need to be payed for inwhich, I already told them once verbally and in a email. I mean C'mon. How stupid can they get. Well, I am leaving this company and moving back to AZ and I will find a real job.
Word of Advice to all, do not work for SAI PEOPLE SOLUTIONS. They will jerk you around til the day you quit. In the Future, I know IBM will not be doing business with SAI PEOPLE SOLUTIONS (Staffing services). I and I can say I was the one who put a dent into there business.
