SAI - Security Associates International This company has a HUGE SCAM GOING AND YOU ARE NEXT! Chicago , Illinois
Almost 3 years ago my husband mistakingly signed a 3 year contract with a company called APX alarm company. A few months into the contract APX sold to a company called SAI or Security Associates International, Inc. From the beginning they were a nightmare to deal with, the customer service people were very unprofessional ever time I called with a question, and just plain rude. I was shocked that they spoke to thier customers in such a way. I was also told I wuld be able to cancel in the event that I should move. And that if I decided to stay with them they would transfer the alarm at no charge. None of this is true. I only have 6 months left on my contract, an I just sold my home. After numerous phone calls they basically told me. We will NOT cancel your contract until the day of three years is up. And if I decide to cancel I need to send them a written letter stating that I will cancel. Also They will not transfer to my new address unless I sign an additional 3 year contract. When I asked to speak with a manager they continuously hung up on me! I am now getting an attorne involved.
