You guys should launch an investigation into SalesForce, a company headquartered in San Francisco.  Currently SalesForce is deemed by many to be one of the top CRM's in the nation, if not the world.  But me and several other small businesses have found SalesForce to be nothing short of a scam similar to the same scam Enzyte was running a few years back using a classic "bait and switch" tactic to lock businesses into using their CRM.  I contacted SalesForce back in February via their website to explore using their CRM.

I received an email then a phone call from a salesman named Larry Todd who scheduled a call the next week to go over Force with me. The next week came and he never called, so I called him. He apologized for not calling as promised, and then said I could enroll in a 30 day trial period to see how I liked the system.  We were interested in using the system for our mass email and drip email campaign.  When we signed up we immediately realized the system is complicated and we couldn't even download our email addresses without assistance.  I called Larry Todd for a week and a half and he never answered the phone or returned my calls,

so I called SalesForce directly and was sent to techical support and a woman with a very heavy accent came on the line and said she didnt know how to do mass emails and that I should google the problem because she was sure someone else had run into this problem before then she gave me a ticket number and said someone else would call me within 3 days.  In the mean time, I cannot use the system.  Larry Todd called the next day and started walking us through the process but said he had to go halfway through and said he would email me the remaining instructions.  He never did.  Three days later I get a call from an "expert" who walked us through the process, only to discover that it still didnt work, she was baffled.

I got a call from Larry Todd the next day who then said I could not use the mass email feature during the trial period, three weeks into this process they tell me this.  So I said I do not want this service.  Two weeks later they tried to bill my card for the service saying that they cannot void the service because I had agreed to a year long contract and no one was authorized to cancel this agreement.  To this day they are still trying to bill my card once a week like clockwork, even though they never showed us how to use the service and even though we cancelled during the trial period.  These people are con artists.
