Sallie Mae Unathorized deferment harrassment Wilks Barr Pennsylvania
Sallie mae defered my student loans without my consent and despite my repeated objections. Now they have gleefully ruined my credit for non payment. I called sacweb to discuss my loans only to find that this was not sallie mae, but a company with no claim on my loan. They have called me back at my work (the number I called them from) every single day to harrass me. For these reasons I will not do business with Sallie Mae and I am requesting them to send my account back to the agency that guaranteed my loans so I can pay them immediatly and in full. I wonder why they are so eager to defer my loan when I am making payments but not when I have no idea I am supposed to be making payments? My original loan was not through Sallie Mae.
