This was filed the day she pulled her stunt. As stated in the rebuttal to her answer she offered nothing - not even to the BBB who wrote me and said they didn't hear from her in the time frame they gave her. It was not until the process to take her to court commenced with the initial demand letter that she did anything. If she wants to continue this charade i can and will get my lawyer to deal with her lying --as he knows it took the demand letter to get anything from her. I guess the owner doesn't understand this site states valid statements - not lies to make one's self look good. Thanks

The owner here, was AWARE before I went back to supposedly get it corrected - that I was unhappy via phone calls and saved vms. She said she was going to fix it, but decided to allow me to take time off of work, as she felt instead of telling me via phone that she decided not to fix it, that she would tell me to my face. I know this girl from another salon and I know how she takes offense to things (she admitted she was offended) - and have heard her talk about people. That's just my experience with the woman.
Since she wasn't going to fix it - she never refunded until after I contacted the BBB (see when I filed then) and only after I sent a demand letter as I was going to take her to court. That was the first step in the process. My own lawyer and I know this is the only reason why she refunded (I had certified that letter) and it was only after she signed that - that she refunded. But she can lie all she desires. This site asks for the individual who owns the business and has ripped you off, and she had, only until we were going to take her to court. Don't be fooled, and have to deal with the hassle of getting a lawyer with this lady. Pictures of what she did were taken and even my hairdresser now in Milford thinks she was out to make my hair a continual mess yet charge me more. I have that hairdresser and her boss as witnesses to what they had to do to correct that mess.
