Salt Lake Silver Ring - J Mauer Jewelry 40 Calls, 10 Emails, No Response - I returned a ring by there step by step directions & they kept all of my money Salt Lake City Utah
I purchased a ring from the website (www.saltlakesilver.com), I called immediately to cancel the order because it was double ordered, called again, called again, called again, emailed, emailed emailed, called. They ignored me, sent out the ring anyways after I had paid in full up front. Their website states they offer money back gaurantee for anyone not 100% happy with the product so I followed the specific instructions and provided tracking information to them via the returns email provided. The packaged was delivered back to them within 5 business days of getting it and after 2 months of trying to contact these people I want to make everyone aware of them. They stole my money and refuse to call me back or return emails.
