Do not allow SRP to have a hand in design or layout of your electrical line plan - they have absolutely no clue what they're doing and will charge you $80 per hour even when they do nothing.
Consider how little they've done to FURTHER the progress of utilities in the Phoenix area, and it's easy to see how backwards they are.
The employees are zombies who support "the system."
