For so many years the bust boy(salvador J), the two hostess(Claudia B. and Jairo L.) and the server who agrees with them, have done the following froud.
the server offers the same receipt to different people when the customer pays cash.
The hostess knows which customers pay cash, usually airline workers, and long time customers, so the host sits them to the server that agrees to participate.
the bust boy assist this server more than the others, and at the end of the day, the cash gets distributed between, the server, the bust boy, and the host and since the server does not report his tips, no body's name gets in the system.
server's name richard tran, Gorje Ruiz and Luis Vargas, gorje and luis were recently fired after 12, and 17 years of service. but richard still doing it.
they also do split check, or not charging to business people that drinks coffe for two hours, so when they leave they give a large tip, almost like rentting the restorant for enterviews.
the two hostess does not report the money they sale on coffe, every day.
