I'm writing in response to the first rebuttal on this rip-off report. Obviously, you are trying to make it appear as if the person who wrote the bad check did it on purpose or didn't intend to pay. Bad check writing are sometimes accidents and when a check bounces, the company the check should have been paid to cannot immediately place the customer in legal threat. AND, the person writing the above rip-off report tried to pay it as Salvatore Spinelli's office lied and changed the stories several times. I you happen to be one of Salvatore Spinelli's helpers, get out while you can. You are making a big mistake saying such threatening lies on this rip-off report. Nobody will give you money they don't owe--or put up with you or Salvatore Spinelli.

BY LAW WHEN A PERSON WRITES A CHECK THE MONEY NEEDS TO BE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND AVAILABLE.OTHER WISE THIS IS CONSIDERED A EITHER A FELONY OR A MISDEMEANER DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT..THERE ARE NOT ONLY CIVIL PENALTIES FOR WRITTING A BAD CHECK BUT YOU CAN ALSO BE BROUGHT UP ON CRIMINAL CHARGES.CRIMINAL CHARGESIN MANY CASES RESULT IN JAIL OR PRISON TIME, AGAIN DEPENDING ON THE STATE.SOME STATES YOU CAN GO TO PRISON FOR 10NYEARS FOR PASSING A BAD CHECK..I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS TYPE OF WRK FOR MANY YEARS AND THE BEST ADVICE IS DONT WRITE BAD CHECKS..IF YOU DO PAY IN FULL IMMEDIATLY AND CHANCES ARE THE CRIMINAL CHARGES WILL NOT BE BROUGHT UP...BUT VERN IF YOU HAVE A LAWYERS OFFICE CALLING YOU BECAUSE YOU COMMITTED SUCH AN ACT YOU SHOULD STOP WHINNING AND TAKE CARE OF IT BFORE IT GOES TO FAR
