How can one copy a guitar, especially a limited edition one unless they own a guitar factory. Believe me, if this guy had to put his PS Apocalypse on layaway, he does not own a guitar factory. Also, Carl, why didn't you just ask for a re-order of your item if you had to have it so badly that you special-ordered it? Just curious.

I had a problem with returning a DVD at the Sam Goody in Cherry Hill, NJ that was defective. They would not give me money back, or replace it with the same becuse they no longer had the title. When I asked them to thorw away my dvd becuse I threw away my money ... well, they told me to throw it away in a trash can elsewhere.

However, they WILL give you an EXCHANGE for the same title. What is so wrong about having them exchange it? Why were you requesting a refund for this special-order-I-absolutely-had-to-have-this-item? It sounds to me like you may have illegally copied the item, and then tried to return it for a full refund. If this is true, then the store should be writing a rip off report about YOU.
