Sammydress Order arrived 3 months later, not as described, no refund Internet
I ordered a coat from sammydress.com on 16th October. Complained that I had no answer from them on 24th November, finally received my order on 2nd January. Unfortunately the coat was way too small (actually fits my 9 year old daughter) despite me following the exact dimensions indicated on their website. I asked to return and receive a refund, they told me that I had to pay for it to be sent back to China and would only get 85% of the cost of the coat back. As the cost of return would then be more than the refund they are offering me, I cannot send it back. Sammydress have offered me no help apart from a 5% discount on my next order. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again and would like to warn any other potential customer from doing so.
