I placed an order on Dec 01, 2014. Today is Dec 19th, 2014 and I have yet to receive said order. I paid an extra fee for expedited shipping. I have tried to contact the company thru email but have not gotten a response. When I call the number listed on their website phone is busy. I have also tried to get a live agent on their site but when the chat window opens it keeps saying that all operators are busy at this time. My only option now is to contact my bank and do a charge back and see if I am able to recoup my money.
