Have been trying to receive return authorization and shipping address now for 3 weeks via email support. They never answer the phone number listed on their website.

I ordered a women's top on Jan 5, 2015 from SammyDress.  When I finally received it on March 8, 2015, from China, it was the wrong item, torn, no labeling on the garment, wrong size and totally unacepptable. Came with no packing slip, or return instructions, or return address.  I have been communicating with their online customer service since arly January and they never fully answer my questions.  When I try to call the US phone number listed on their website all I ever get is a busy signal. I have asked for return instructions and a refund but have never received it.  Will never order from them again.

Please contact within 30 days of receiving your item. Faulty products can be returned to us

 if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, 

poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed 

product and the product received.

We fully understand your frustration and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

We hope that you choose to give us a second chance next time.
