sammydress.com warns it may take over a month before your items arrive. No tracking information is provided. After a long wait the parcel never arrives. Their customer center takes their time asking pointless questions and at the end refuses to issue a full refund claiming they are entitled for a handling fee. Total ripoff.

I was surprised to get response more than a year after being ripped of by SammyDress.com

It suggests that I contact their customer service for a resolution. Again. I'm not wasting any more time on this. SammyDress, try to be honest with your current customers but count me out.
