Sammydress.com No contact after sale, never shipped order Internet
This company was advertised on Facebook and after looking over their very professional looking website, I decided to place an order. The order was run through paypal so I figured it was probably safe. I received confirmation emails and receipts for payment. Then, I waited. And waited. And waited. I tried calling and the number never went though. I tried emails but they were never responded to. I tried their support center but my 'tickets' were deleted. On the website, my order seemed permanently stuck in 'processing'. After much frustration, I contacted paypal and filed a report with them. They recorded the complaint and gave Sammydress ten days to respond. They didn't and paypal gave me a refund.
While my story has a relatively happy ending, this company shouldn't take advantage of anyone else.
