I purchased three items of clothing from this company on line. They looked fabulous in the posting from the company, however when I got the products, they were very low class looking, cheaply made, worn nothing like the listing on the internet. They are at best, kmart quality clothing at best. I contacted the company for a refund and here is there reply:

Since this is the correct item(s) sent to you (based on your order and instructions). As a valued customer, we do hope that you are able to accept and keep the item(s). In that situation, we would be happy to give you the coupon code for the compensation. We trust that you will find this acceptable.
If this is not suitable, please note that if you were to send the item(s) back to us, the product status would become “second hand”. In that situation, minus the shipping cost and restocking fee, we could only refund you 80% of the original product price; this is to fairly reflect the reduced value of the clothing in our inventory when we resell it to another customer
I would be grateful to hear which option you wish to accept.

I only received the items, opened the packages and found the fright of product. Immediately contacted the company and now, the items a re second hand? They have never been worn, as a matter of fact, I wouldn't wear this junk to a dog fight, or to bed, or ANYWHERE. When I say horrible quality, their product look like a child forced labor made them. The fabrics look lime they were purchased in the local .99 cent store. ITS BAD. REALLY BAD.
now they do not want to refund my full purchase price?
don't do business with these people. They are a fraud and a scam. You will be very disappointed upon receipt of ANYTHING YOU BUY FROM THEM..
