Samsonov Transportation LLC Olga Samsonov, Andre Samsonov Late Delivery of my car - truck driver went for a joy ride with my 2014 Ford Mustang Brooklyn New York
Samsonov Transportation LLC is the worst Auto Transport company for the following reasons:
1) they never called to say they were on the way (at both point A and Point B). No notice provided.
2) they were over 4 days late coming down from NJ to FL. (A two day run).
3) Funny how when they were late they suddendly acted like they can't speak English (I heard the guy talking to another trucker in perfect English - but to me... broken English at best).
4) They would not take any money off the bill when they were incredibly late. Total jerks about it.
5) They went for a joy ride in the car.
Never use Samsonov Transportation LLC out of Brooklyn, NY to move your car. Never let your car be touched by these crooks. They are so unprofessional - so ridiculous - don't give them a chance. They don't deserve it.
