I bought a Samsung Galaxy S II from Wal-Mart and since I am beyond the 15 return period I had to call Samsung Support.  I called 4 times on December 13 to the reps always asking for me to repeat what I just said 5 times.  Than Samsung said my only option was to send the phone into their one of their only 2 service centers in the United States.  Yes this is a true statement, only 2 service centers both located in the state of Texas.  I thought Samsung was a reputable company that would honor their warranty support but only at a huge inconvenience to the consumer.  I feel as if I had been royally screwed without the vaseline.  Never again will I own a piece of s*** from the a**holes at Samsung.
