I do not work for Samsung but I do sell Samsung printers and MFPs or I used to until they began ripping us off by not paying our rewards dollars. Samsung has paid no one a single rebate or reward since the company that they used to process rebates went under (back in 2008). Samsung seems to be very arrogant in regards to customer service. They will not reply to any questions about this subject and have provided no details to anyone. It is unacceptable behavior for a worldwide corporation and certainly heads should roll over this ripoff of Samsung's customers and sales people. I.T. professionals as well as home users may want to rethink any potential purchase of a piece of Samsung equipment. How can you trust a company that can't even handle the processing of a simple rebate check? It is really a shame too because SAMSUNG has some of the best equipment on the market today, but we all know that if the people behind the equipment are lacking.....well you get the picture. SAMSUNG PLEASE MAKE GOOD ON YOUR REBATES AND REWARDS so that you can earn your rightful place in the world market!! Or keep up the ripoff and see your company crumble when it is on the verge of global superiority!
