I ordered a 300 dollar tablet. After making sure it would not be left at my door, I placed order, the pkg was left at my front door. I emailed them I called them they ran me through hoops, I told them that I would not have ordered if I’d known, that their policy said they won’t leave it without signature, after 3attempts they would return it to Samsung, they didn’t and they said they only get signature at 500 dollars, I argued their policy says different, this has gone on sins 12/09/17, I still never received my order and no compensation I have sent copies of police report as well as copies of their policy, they won’t help me, they are rude and ugly on the phone and despite their policy they won’t compensate
