Samtron Advisors Company called and stated I was approved for a loan I applied for and asked for $1000. I provided $1000 after 3 days they stated I had to apply $750 more for insurance, when I could not they stated I no longer had a loan. ripoff Winnipeg Manitoba
On July 11, 2007 I received a call from Jenal Beek at Samtron Advisors stating that I was approved for a $10,000 loan I applied for. Ms. Beek stated that in order for the loan to be processed I would have to make a $1000 payment to secure the loan because of bad credit.
On Friday July 13, 2007 I money grammed the money over and called Samtron and talked with accounting who finished processing my Loan. At that time they stated that my loan would be in my account withing 24-48 hours.
On Monday July 16, 2006 I contacted Santrom and asked why my loan was not in my account they stated that it would be in my account by 3-5pm that day or Tuesday. I waited both times each day and nothing showed up.
After called Samtron on Tuesday night around 7pm Rebecca Gils the manager stated she had good and bad news. after evaluating my credit again they noticed i had some unpaid bills which they already knew before hand and that now they need another $750 in order to approve loan, when I informed her that I did nothave this money she stated she could refund me my $1000 and it will take up to 15 days. I informed her that I did not want to wait and she than stated it could be processed quicker. After several minutes of conversation Ms. Giles stated there was nothing they could do.
I hung up and called back and asked for Janel Beek (called several times and could not reach her). After I could not reach her Daniel a supervisor anserwerd the phone and informed me that the company requires an insurance of $750 for the loan to assure that persons will not default on the money or run off with it. And if I did not have the money I could not have the loan. I pleaded with him and stated I had given the company all I had and still received nothing. He was not understanding and brushed me off.
I informed him that I would be reporting his company because this was bad loan practice when I paid my money and was promised a loan, signed papers and everything. They have my account numbers, pay stub, all of my information but I have nothing.
