Samuel J. Burruano Quick Deed Scam...Takes property Fort Lauderdale Florida **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
Took a personal loan to pay off medical bills. With out knowing we had signed a Quit claim deed. The property was changed to the lenders name with no notice. Thanks to our neighbor who saw it in the news paper would have never known. Was introduced to him by Bruce Langmaid and Joe Thompson , who we gave 4000 to fix our credit they took the money and were never seen again. Know we are losing our house to this man. We still pay him monthly in fear of being evicted from are own house. The attorney I spoke to on the phone wouldn't touch the case. I am disabled, heart broken and soon to be homeless. Thanks to this man who knew that a disabled person and a husband who made 10 an hour would never be able to pay back an interest only loan, which we were not told either. So all the payments we made applied to nothing.
