San Marcus Auto Outlet ripoff Cash my down payment check before they should have and caused checks bouce San Marcus Texas
My employee Mike EWdmundson bought a truck from San Marcus Auto Outlet. He put a $1000.00 down payment and gave them two checks for $500.00 each. One was supposed to be cashed right away and the other was supposed to be held until his next payday. The company deposited his hold check and cause him to have several checks bounce. He went and talked to them about the situation and they refused to refund him the bank charges. They were very ugly about the whole thing and he is very up-set. I think they should be forced to pay for his bank charges.
