I need to put this out there just in case anybody is in the position I was in and considering moving to this facility. Please trust what I say. I am a young man with nothing to my name, no motives or intentions other than to help try to prevent more people from experiencing this misetable hell hole. If you don't believe me you can go ask any of the men who currently reside there, there is no way they can deny anything I say. This entire place, every house, has bed bugs. I have videos and pictures. there are flies cockroaches and other things but the bed bugs are the ones that bite and crawl on you. They're not tiny either. The owner refused to hire an exterminator. Ask him yourself - he just says " we had one come in x amount of weeks ago so we don't need one now" as you literally show him a bed swarming with bugs. He doesn't care at all. He even to hd me " you know, bed bugs don't carry diseases like mosquitoes ". Thanks Jared, for your comfortimg words.
the laundry room smells like an illegal substance every day. I can take a guess where it comes from - it's connected to Jared'sand his husbands room. Again, i am a college educated young man with no agenda here. I am living in a great place now. I have no motive other than to warn any poor young man like me who might end up there. I had to throw away my clothes and leave.
The owners do not kick out people who relapse on drugs. My roommate was smoking crack conceive regularly and I was drinking vodka at night. They didn't care. And no, Jared can't say the vodka made me imagine things. again I have multiple videos and photos. They do not care about clients. They have a thrift store that they focus on and that's their main agenda. Make you work there. As long as you pay rent you can get high, sleep in filth and bugs and watch your house managers get f**ked up themselves daily.
I urge anyone to stay away - there are hundreds if halfways out there. If you want to stay SOBER dont move to sanctuary house! You can do this. Being sober is amazing and your Heath is not worth jeopardizing. Don't take the risk. Trust me.

To whom may have reported a ripoff:
Young man you are stating there is drugs bed bugs and that the owners (jared cashner and james sanzeri) are uncaring to the wellfare of the individuals that reside at Sanctuary House.
My name is Marcus Cashner i am age 25 and the son of the owner Jared Cashner.
My father and I may butt heaqds and disagree on many things but the wellfare of the individuals residing at Sanctuary House is one thing we have alwys agreed upon. Each persons has been treated as they wish to be treated. If there is any drug activity it is from a resident who has been deemed unfit and has also been given chances after chances. I know my father very well I should again he is my father. Bed bugs yes there is reoccurring issues with this but it has been treated over and over again time and time again, but the reasonings behind the reoccurrances is due tothe unclean state of the individuals who have resided there. They come in really dirty with dirty itmes and may or may not clean themselves up. That is the residents job to keep there areas and themselves clean. There has been exterminators there on many occurances to fix this issue and yes it keeps coming back because the residents dont want to cleanup themselves. I have been there off and on since the start of the corp. As for the thrift store that is there to help raise money to keep the safe haven that you have resided at afloat so yo0u can remain safe and have a stable living environment clean from drtugas and bad individuals who may compromise your health.
You are required to attend meeting jobs school ect. I have had my issues with my father but I will be quick to debunk any false accusations that are being said.
I wish you luck in the healthy lifestyle. If you got yourself clean here then obviously they are doing there jobs and what they love to do. You are trying to defame this business to make yourself feel better for any hurt feeling you may with your past. get a life and get yourself clean before debunking my father and his husbands life efforts to keept you safe and clean. good bye.
