Santa Fe Village Apartments ripoff poor management, poor maintenance, unsafe Wichita Falls Texas
These apartments are poorly managed by Judy Maag who also manages the Highlander but places a higher priority on the Highlander. The landscaping is poor, their solution to a dead bird on the sidewalk is to kick it onto the lawn.
Seems unsafe day and night due to the cast of characters they let move in these days. Parking is inadequate. The laundry room is a dump that hasn't been updated in at least 30 years. None of the machines work right. The Coke machine is never filled and the few occasions it is, it takes your money, the swimming pool is empty.
Ms. Maag loses whatever "friendly" personality she has after your lease is signed and after your lease is signed you aren't cared about one way or another. The maintenance guy spends all his time reading and sleeping in the office. Ms. Maag isn't here for over half the day and the half she is here, she might as well not be because she doesn't do anything.
If you're looking for a well managed, well maintained apartment, look elsewhere.
