S.A.R. & Associates Loan Shop Online LTS Management Says I owe Money but Won't Show Proof Ft. Lauderdale Florida
I received a letter from SAR & Associates saying I owe 876.00 for a payday loan that I don't remember receiving. They haven't given me any more information besides the date the loan was supposely received. It's ironic that the date was around the time I suffered identity theft. I tried to explain this to them but they said I had two options. I could either pay in full or 300 dollars could be taken off tge original amount. I'm trying to dispute this but they said they would have to send it to civil court even though the letter says I have 30 days. I refuse to hand over money for a debt that I don't remember incuring. I'm aware that this is happening to lots of people and no one should be forced to pay for anything when there's no proof that the debt is real.
