S.A.R & ASSOCIATES loan shop online LTS management a collection threat thru a validation letter. both lts management don't exist and loan shop online went out of business 4 years ago ft Lauderdale Florida
This company has attempted to make contact with me on a debt that owed to me on several occasions. Each time I talked to someone they made threatened sue me for the loan amount listed which was $1,450.00. After researching with my banker and looking at the letter it's no contact person listed, the phone number is fake and around the time they claim I did this loan which stated 8/2012, I wasn't banking with anyone. My banker also don't have a record of me having accounts in 2012. So they automatically ruled this validation as a frudlent letter. While on the phone with repersentive they was really pushy and kept requesting my bank account information which I didn't give and wouldn't take a money order or prepaid debit card as a alternative option as other collection agency would. The representative that I had communicated with were rude and kept making threats to send out a class action lawsuit against me if I didn't make a payment arrangements with them that day.
