SAR @ ASSOCIATES LTS Management Tried to collect on a fraudlent online loan. Plantation Florida
On Nov. 13th 2015 We recieved a letter in the mail from Sar @ Associates. It stated that I owe a online loan that I did on June 3, 2012. Original Vreditor is LTS Mamagement for the amount past due of $1,450. It also showed my last 4 digits of my SS# and a Case File Number. The letter said, ( Your account was recently turned over to SAR & Accociates tp proceed with pre-litigation action against me. Be Advised that your account is severly past due and is now active in our internal Civil Procedures Department of SAR & Associated. Several attempts to resolve this obligayion have been made but have been ignored by you. Failure to contact us within 30 days may result in legal action against you. We encourage you to call our office as soon as possible to take advantage of flexible payment plans to help you settle this outstanding debt. Sincerely SAR and Associates, Civil Procedure Dept. This letter was sent to our new address. But the date they said we took out the loan from them we lived at a different address. My husband called them about this letter due to it was in his name. When he talked to a gentleman ( forgot his name ) my husband him what was this letter all about. He then said what the information said and my husband told him. He told us that my husband took out a online loan. My husband ask from who? He said from Loan Online and More, for the amount of $300.00 on June 3, 2012. My husband responded he never ask for a loan from them and does not owe them anything. He then ask my Husband if the last for digets of his SS# was correct. He replyed yes but someone did a fraudlent loan in my name because I did not and will not pay them anything. So he said to my husband that it is up to him to report this and he is still responible for this loan. My huband told him that if he ever here from them again file charged with the state of Michigan and also the Attorney General. I forgot to say that this company called my husband on this cell phone 2 days ago but he did not answer it. So my husband called the number back that they called from and got a recording that this number is no longer working. So all put together this company is a SCAM and a FRAUD. Please do not give them any money they say you barrowed from then. Wish us Good Luck and we do to everyone that recieves a letter like we did from them.
