SAR & ASSOCIATES recieved a letter today 10/15/2015 stating I owe $1450 plantation Florida
I also received this same letter from Sarah & Associates today 10/15/2015 it goes as follows RE: Original Creditor: LTS Management Case File No: 754673 SSN: ***-**-my last 4 numbers Past Dye: $1,450 Your account was recently turned over to SAR & Associates to proceed with pre-litigation action against you. Be advised that your account is severely past due and is now active in our internal civil procedures department of SAR & Associates. Several attempts to resolve this obligation have been made but have been ignores by you. Failure to contact us within 30 days may result in legal action against you. We encourage you to call our office as soon as possible to take advantage of flexible payment plans to help you settle this outstanding debt. Sincerely, SAR & Associates Civil Procedures Dept. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used solely for that purpose. After receiving thus letter I researched only due to knowing that scammers will try anything to getoney out of people through mail, online ect.... and found all the complaints on this site and decided to give my letter as well.
