satellitedirect.tv Buyer beware for sure!!! Ripped off and really pissed!! Internet
I purchased satellitedirect.tv on Sept.15 on the advertised premise of unlimited access to over 3500 HD channels for a one time fee of 56.15 Canadian $ which was billed to my Visa card immediately by clickbank.com (Clickbank). When I tried accessing the channels I would venture a guess that I was not able to access at least half of the channels I tried but was instead redirected to a site called Truveo through which I could watch different and varying TV sitcoms and series. Great I thought, but attempting to do so, was instructed that Truveo does not work outside the continental United States. No good for me as I reside in Canada. I contacted [email protected] and received an email back from a cathy gibbons advising me to try it for two weeks. No thanks .It's virtually a useless piece of sotware which does nothing for me here. They should have at least notified their users before they bought this useless that Truveo does not not work in Canada.If Truveo were available, I would'nt be complaining as I am. Buyer be Aware!!!!
