I am a new employee at Satin N Lace shops in Roselle Park NJ. I met the owner at a party about a month ago and finally decided to come on board part time. Now I can come here and type all kinds of standard answers for what's going on but I'm not going to that. Satin N Lace is a wonderful company that has had it's share of bad luck. Prior to my joining the company they unfortunately fell victim to a couple of computer viruses which caused alot of orders to be lost along with the contact list of clients, new and repeat. Besides that going on, they have been extremely short staffed. I for one only work in the store part time, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays as I have a full time job. In the past two weeks I have been working on back tracking all orders that may have been "lost" in the system and sending out apology emails, making phone calls trying to rectify the situation. All we can do is offer our apologies and try to get everyone's orders to them. Thank you.
