Complaint Review: Saucepan Creative; Mike Sauce & THR Recruiting; Jeff Clinton - Noblesville Indiana

Thanks for the useful information on Jeff Clinton. No, I never wanted to get the police involved as this sort of crime would have gone civil in Indiana since either Jeff or Mike Sauce never paid me. I am sure Jeff has since moved on to find other people to scam and rip off to pay his electric bill. Since someone like Jeff never had or ever will have sufficient skills to provide for his family, he will continue to scam and con un suspecting people in whatever scam he is wrapped up with. 

So far up until now he has been fairly lucky at ripping people off and sooner or later karma will hit him. Jeff, I know you read this rip off report and if you think that I have forgotten about you , your sadly mistaken. You are a very bad person for stealing from me and I hope you remember that karma is very real.  

J&J Motors no longer exists. To the best of my understanding he could not pay his rent and was kicked out. The landlord has taken back control of the building and released to a group of small companies. So the address of J&J Motors no longernexists in Noblesville. Have you talked to the police? Maybe they can arrest Jeff for theft.

He now has a father son used car lot repair shop in Noblesville called J and J motors he also owes me 1300 for work I did for him will be filing small claims tomorrow. Yes his son is just like him a slime ball scam artist they both have the same name.

(((Redacted))) Just wanted to update this report with Jeffs profile. I also filed my taxes this year and claimed THR as income. I also filed a formal complaint with the attorney generals office in Indiana. Happy New Year Jeff! Beware of Jeff if you are dealing with him, he will for sure rip you off.. Just wanted to update this post as Jeff Clinton has yet to produce any of my funds. I have been in touch with a TON of Human resource companies directing them to this post informing them of this guy. By the way I am still waiting for my so called letter from his make believe attorney because I posted a complaint here. Another bright side to this is I am finishing a website devoted just to this guy and will provide the link in an update to follow soon.

If you are a recruiting company and are considering hiring this guy as an employee, beware this guy is shify, shady and most likely will do this while working for your company so beware. Well I flew back into Indy last night and came home only to go over to Jeff Clintons Residence. I knocked on the door and he answered the door, I asked him where my money was and he stated that he wasnt going to pay me because I posted this complaint here on ROR. Staring at him in disbelief, I had my attny on the phone while I was standing there and she informed him that I have every right to post a consumer complaint against him in a public forum. He then told us that he has forwarded the matter over to his attorney ( I doubt he even has one ) and I will be getting a letter soon my attny asked him who his attorney is and he acted surprised that we asked for that information. He couldnt come up with a name and asked me to leave. At that point I asked one more time for my money and again he said Im not paying you anything .so at that point I had to leave. I went home and called Mike and spoke with him about this and he apologized to me and again is very angry that Jeff has taken this route. All I know is Mike is helping me and is and has been kind enough to assist me in resolving this very horrible experience. @ Tim, thank you for the assistance , we appreciate your post as it seems that Jeff Clinton at this point doesnt seem to even care about this situation as his attitude was extremely cavalier. Its a shame that I had to drive over to his residence to ask for my money only to be told in person that Im not getting paid. Mike thanks for your help as this unfolds.

Mr. Sauce, When you hired an "agency" to find someone to do some work for you, you hired an "agent." Here's how agency law works. I can speak specifically on this matter per your situation as I am a licensed attorney in Indiana. My bar # is 26253-64. There is a "principal' and an "agent." You are the principal. Mr. Clinton is the agent. As the principal, you authorized Mr. Clinton, as your agent, to bind YOU to the agreement at issue. As such, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that this reporter gets paid per whatever agreement was in place. It's perfectly acceptable for you to pay your agent and have your agent pay the worker. But if your agent isn't paying, YOU need to pay up, because ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that the reporter is paid. I'm not sure what Mr. Clinton's deal is. It sounds like he is illegally converting your money to his own use. But you have a legal obligation to ensure that the reporter receives the payment he is due. Your recourse is to sue Mr. Clinton. Thus, here is my advice. Mr. Sauce, pay the reporter what he is owed. Then, file a lawsuit against Mr. Clinton in your local superior court. At $17 per hour and 70 hours, Mr. Clinton seems to have converted roughly $1300 of your funds. I would have to do some research on the subject per Indiana law, but in Michigan a victim of conversion is entitled to three times the value of the property converted. In your case, this would mean (if Indiana law mirrors Michigan law) that Mr. Clinton would be liable to you for roughly $3900, possibly plus court costs and interest. The reporter also has a conversion claim against Mr. Clinton. When Mr. Sauce paid Mr. Clinton, a portion of the funds paid were the property of the reporter. So, if payment from Mr. Sauce isn't forthcoming, file a suit against Mr. Clinton for conversion and non payment of wages. Now I have to toss in the disclaimer. Although I am licensed to practice law in Indiana, some of the comments made herein were not verified by proper research, and none of you are my clients. I therefore advise any party involved, as necessary, to seek local counsel. Well today after a few pleasant emails and nice discussions with Mike Sauce I can truly say that he has been showing a genuine interest on helping me get my paycheck. We have been in touch this week and he has Proof that he has sent Jeff Clinton Payment and Jeff has cashed both checks. Mike has proof that he has paid Jeff and is prepared to back me up if this continues to drag on. After speaking with my attorney , he advised me that since Jeff Clinton has cashed the checks , he is possibly liable for theft. I called Jeff Clinton and left him a message explaining that he could face theft charges if he continues to avoid paying me. At this point It appears that Jeff Clinton is Not answering his phone, or returning emails. He has ignored any and all communications that I have sent to him. Mike also advised me that he cannot get through to Jeff either all we get is his voicemail. Ill keep this updated and posted as things Drag on...

As owner of SaucePan Creative, I treated Keath with the utmost respect and business professionalism. His dispute is with the agency I hired him through. I was only responsible for paying my invoices to the recruiting service run by Jeff Clinton which I have done.
