SAV ON CARPET ripoff Phoenix Arizona
I hired Sav on carpet cleaners to come out and clean my rugs last on November 27th for 5 rooms. The appointment was confirmed between 10am-2pm. At 2:30pm called company and dispatcher reported Mike was running 45 minutes late. After 3 phone calls finally they arrived at my door 2 hours later.
When walking through my home the counted 7 rooms stating the living room was over 200 ft and counted for 2 rooms not one and tried to push the heavy soil 25 cents a sq foot. Now my bill was up to $157.00. I flatly refused stating that is not the price of the ad shown in the Clipper magazine and could only see 1 area that needed it (not 600 ft).
I called the supervisor and told him that the carpet people refused to clean my carpet unless I purchased the extra costs. He slammed the phone down on me.
Please be aware of the false advertisement shown in the Clipper. I wasted a whole Saturday my day off for nothing and had to clean the carpet myself since I was on a time frame.
