On May 1, 2011 I enter bidding of electronic items provides by "save big.com. In order to make bidding I must register using my credit card. By making a bid I must have sufficient fund, so the first amount taken was $ 480. Later one by further involvement of bidding my fund was insufficient, so another amount of $480.00 was taken, furthermore by purchasing a bid $99.00 and $180.00 were taken. In summary I won two items $ 47.43 and $43.71. i was then called by my Citibank and despite a conference call I was told that I have only 680 credit in value of 60 cent per bid, roughly $ 400. I was requested to contact the support department through email, which I did. Both email correspondence are attached for your review. In sum I lost over $ 12,000.00 by winning 2 items in value of roughly $ 51.00.
I appreciate for your professional support to reclaim my money taken by the company. It smelt like a scam.I appreciate for your prompt reply as always. Thx.

To whom it may concern,?I have contacted my bank and feel that I has become a victim of scam. The real purchase of $ 51 and some change is equivalent of $ 1290.14 taken away from my account. I request a refund of my money taken way from my account.?I hope that you will be willing to grant my request,so I won't need to contact any government institution. ?hank you.
