December 3 bought Barnes and Noble gift card, to be sent to me December 12, 2011.
I have been charged for the transaction (bank records). I have called customer service for two days and after lengthy holds have been told by automated voice to try my call later.
I have emailed them with no response.
How can the customer know that they are dealing with a scam?
