I am the person who wrote this complaint, when we ordered this item, it took longer than we expected, causing concern, then when we did receive it, there were no instructions in the box and we were so excited about receiving this and had to wait more. The instructions came by email a few days later. Then we thought the instructions were a little vague. But the unit works and we are happy with it. We get 40% better gas mileage. The support online from this company was a little slow. But FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THEY ARE SWAMPED AS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. THIS IS THE THING FOR TODAY WITH GAS PRICES THE WAY THEY ARE AND THIS COMPANY IS SWAMPED. WE ARE SORRY FOR JUMPING THE GUN AND HOPE THIS NEGATIVE REPORT CAN BE REMOVED. PLEASE FORGIVE US.
