This has never happened to me in my entire life. I did the research, I called and spoke to an individual (John), I asked the right questions, and ordered a kit that was 3 times the cost of any of the competition. I was even satisfied with the ship time. 12 days later I received a box.

I opened the box and was horrified.

I did get some tube, wires, a relay and a different gauge than was pictured.

However, I could deal with that... But the generator is a hoax.

What I got was a steel box with 6 holes in it... Useless.

You have to see it to believe it:

I figured it had to be a packaging mistake. So I emailed using the automated system multiple times. I included images and contact information.

The next day I called every number and tried every extension. All mail boxes full.

Just like all the other complaints. I will give it another day, but from what I can tell, for the first time ever, I will have to do a charge back on my Credit card.

Hi Sdweb as per the instructions, there is minor, about 5 minutes, assembly required on the SL model you purchased. This is due to the fact that small external parts get broken in shipping causing needless delays The reason the entire system is sealed is for 2 reasons, one it will last longer as all parts are welded into the unit and 2 there is no change for leaks. I encourage you to take the 5 minutes, assemble the kit, then install it. We have thousands of satisfied clients just like you. I will review the site to ensure the 5 minute assembly requirement is posted somewhere. Jaco

In all of this research you did, did it ever occur to you that if all that was needed to increase the fuel economy of anything was some fancy gizmo for $30-$1000, at least one vehicle manufacturer somewhere would use it and get the Federal Government(here and Canada) off their backs?
