Savemore purchase of a Barnes & Noble giftcard, Internet
I also bought a Barnes and Noble gift card for christmas, and printed out the voucher with the number, but never received it in the mail. They won't respond to e-mails or phone calls which end up with you waiting for the rep, then leaving a message. I will never buy a gift card again, no way to track them, too easy to be stolen, even from your mailbox. Live and learn. At least it was only $15, but still What a SCAM.
