I made 2 purchases with this company, and I was able to redeem them. Then I bought a coupon for Papa John's Pizza coupon from them, and have been unable to redeem it. To redeem the coupon, you have to click a link on their website. The link has not worked, and it has been over 2 months now. They said to write them if I wanted a refund, but I wrote them and no reply and no refund. I think they tell you what you want to hear, so they can stall for time so you cannot try and get your money back through reporting them to your credit card company.
You can call the company, but they will not answer and tell you to leave a message and they will call you back, but they won't ever call you back. This site is a scam, because once I started researching them, I found tons of reports from others about this same company. I have provided their contact info, to encourage others to contact the BBB, and to as many other website as they can, so others won't get ripped off too. FYI they arerated an F with the BBB, but you should still report them, because there is strength in numbers, and we need to get this website shut down ASAP.
